Hey Cait,
i like the lay out as it is, the only thing which could use an update is the photos at the top. either update links or change the layout of them. apart from that your blog is easy to read (most important) and easy to load. i dont like the stupid people who make their blogs impossible or painful to read by putting up stuppidly bright backgrounds or text.
